Compressed Air Systems LLC, has been in the air compressor business since 1980. CAS has been a family owned and operated business since its beginnings. With over a quarter century of knowledge behind us we do business the old school way. What We Do.

CAS manufactures compressors with the highest quality and value in the compressor industry. CAS manufactures piston compressors up to 102 CFM at 175 PSI, and rotary screw compressors up to 500 CFM at 150 PSI. CAS manufactures compressors that are operator and service friendly. By manufacturing our own reciprocating/piston compressor pumps we are able to ensure the highest quality possible. For other production components we select from the best parts and component suppliers available like Baldor and Lesson motors, Kohler and Honda engines, and Square D Controls just to name a few. Our piston compressors are large bore low rpm pumps to ensure an extended pump life and quieter operation. CAS rotary screw compressors are manufactured with German manufactured air ends to ensure the highest quality rotary screw compressor. Our air ends have the capability to have operating pressures as high as 200 PSI.

How We Do It.

Compressed Air Systems only employees dedicated quality personal from our manufacturing, customer service, sales, accounting, and compressor service teams. The majority of CAS employees have been with the company over 10 years, so you know who you are going to talk to when you call. CAS does not employee an automated answering service, we have dedicated personal to answer the phones during all business hours, as well as available 24/7 tech support. Every one at CAS strives to make sure that we manufacture compressors with the highest quality and value in the industry. Variable Frequency Drive Compressors

Compressed Air Systems is now offering VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) adders for all of our electrically driven rotary screw compressors. We have partnered with Baldor to provide compressors with their VS1PF model VFD drive system. Along with the VFD system the units will have a premium efficiency motor to ensure a lower temperature operation as well as a guaranteed electrical savings. These systems maintain our motto of simplicity as well as ease of use and maintenance. We are making the adder available for our entire rotary screw compressor line from the Basic base mount to the Elite Enclosed.

As of January 2010 all electric compressors manufactured by Compressed Air Systems will be made with Premium Efficiency motor.
